Please note that we only deliver goods to UK addresses.
Once you have created an account with etailers.co.uk you can order any item available online. All prices are reflected in UK pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate. We offer free delivery on all orders to England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. You may pay a supplement for expedited and tracked delivery.
If an item does not arrive when expected, please contact your local Royal Mail delivery office. When you receive your goods, it is important that you inspect them and contact us immediately if they are damaged. It is important that all original packaging is kept until you are satisfied with the goods and are sure that they will not need to be returned.
You have the right to cancel any order made with Etailers, and a full refund will be given providing the items have not been dispatched. We recommend you send an e-mail to email@example.com or call us immediately on 0845 680 1198 should you wish to cancel your order.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, personalised items cannot be returned. In exceptional circumstances, we may accept a return for a personalised item, so please call us to discuss. Postage costs involved in returning cancelled orders for non-personalised items are at the expense of the consumer. This does not affect your statutory rights.
