We do not store any credit card information, so there is no way that your details can be obtained through our site. The website has been created by a group of Internet Security Consultants with over 10 years' experience in creating highly secure sites.

 

3. What is your returns policy?

Engraved goods are bespoke and in most circumstances, we are unable to accept returns. However, we are always willing to take each case on its own merits, so please contact us if you wish to return an item. Any faulty goods carry the standard manufacturer's warranty and can be returned. Please notify us of any faults within 7 days to receive a replacement or full refund. All goods sent out are photographed to guarantee quality and any deliberate tampering or damage to an item will not be met with a refund.

4. How long will it take to have my goods delivered?

We despatch 98% of orders in one working day.

5. What if I get my engraving text wrong?

We do our best to correct spelling and grammatical errors in engraving text. We may also change capitalisation and layout to improve its appearance. If you provide more text than we recommend, we will try to make it fit and contact you if there is a problem. However, it is ultimately your responsibility to check your engraving text for errors and if we miss one, we cannot be held liable.
